The Social and cultural characters in modern society make serious problems to the youth. Above all the social characters, the period of youth is gradually to lengthern in the modern society. In this period the most important social tunetion is to educate them as a good social member. Therefore, we must have deeply concerned to the youth not only their experience character in the growth process, the proportion of youth to whole people and a leading member in the furture society but the serious social problem which occurced by the rapid youth’s secession. This youth’s problems are not simple personal problems but complicated ones in the mordern social situation. The complicated situation problems of family discord, value confussion, alienation, the difference between wealth and poverty and problems of education are shown up by the change of social organization and industrialization. For the analysis of basic problem cause to the youth in the modern society we need to anderstand social background in order to analysis consciousness structure controlling youth s behavior. In this paper, I would like to study the movement of youth as a self-reliance movement through the Israel youth case. The purpose of Israel youth movement Organization such as Nahal and Gadna is continnously to have a deep concern to their own society and country. All the purpose of the youth movement organizations in Israel are as follows : First : To emphasize for the industry and labor. Second : To cognize for the importance of National defence. Third : To hope for the ideal construction of society. Forth : To preserve and improve for their own culture. The above results, It : s to cartain that we must reduce the social and cultural difference, and provide the egual opportunity of education for the youth. The most easy way of making responsible citizen in the furture is the movement of youth, under the above movement sprit. The youth who have a royalty, patriotic sprit and the importance of labor to the country are well worth their furture Nation. If we judge that the destiny of Nation is depend on the quality of youth, the investment for the youth is the most useful thing anything else.
